Kori Kanayama
I’m a community farm chef available for live-in chef assignments, group cooking events, and intimate catering. I cook seasonal foods in harmony with nature, respecting the innate flavors and goodness of ecologically grown local produce. I adapt time-honored Japanese and Italian approaches to unfussy great food, Blue Zones eating, and the wisdom of Chinese Traditional Medicine to create authentic dishes that nourish and heal you from the inside.
